the bed is good, really! we greatly enjoyed staying at city residence. location, easy walk to all attractions. there's can’t complain about anything, we would love to come back here some time.

Great breakfast was available. Conveniently located hotel. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends as staying here was EXCELLENT. The venue was adjacent to Kosice train station.

Our apartment was modern, extremely well-equipped, and spacious. They brought us breakfast every morning, and the staff was in every way helpful, including speaking excellent English. We felt like we were staying in someplace much more expensive.

A minor suggestion would be to have a sink in the kitchen ... I'm not sure how we would have cooked without one. Everything else for cooking was there, but the sink was in the bathroom (just next to the kitchen)./

The hotel is a great value and the staff are incredibly helpful. The location is perfect - right next to the city center and close to the main street of this city. The cleanliness is impressive and the hotel facilities are top-notch. Plus, the free parking is a huge perk.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Our room was tidy and it was quiet. Only a short walk to the city. Often we ate breakfast in our room. We sure rekommend this hotel and we will come again, if it is possible.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I was able to explore the main shopping street and all the attractions within a few minutes' walk. The service was top-notch, with room service available and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even surprised me with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially loved the private sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The attention to detail was impressive, from the complimentary water to the toys and toiletries for kids. I felt like I was being pampered and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Only a few niche details such as blocked roller blind, a bit dirty remote controller and a relatively small TV screen.

The packed breakfasts are a perfect alternative for the lazy and time-pressed, the restaurant is convenient for lunch, and the location is ideal for exploring the city's sights. The hotel café is perfect for those with kids, or who enjoy a serene atmosphere.

Who needs convenient elevators and accessible rooms in a hotel? It's much more fun to navigate long stairs with heavy luggage and struggle to use the bathroom at night.
